Lancashire Wedding Photographer 2019 review
So again another incredible year of weddings just whizzed by! 2019 saw me travelling all over the north west again from the stunning Abbey House in Barrow to the sun kissed Clifton Arms in Lytham! I got to shoot at a few new venues too like Pallet Hill Barn and Underley Grange, both idyllic locations.
This year I met up with plenty of old faces and new, working together with just the best suppliers at every single wedding. Hats off to you all!
Take a look at the highlights from 2019 in the slideshow below. 🙂
A magical Abbey House wedding
Starting the year in down in Chorley, then travelling all over the northwest and for the first time to the wondrous Abbey House in Barrow. With the Spring sunshine along for the ride too on the day it really was a day to remember forever.
Let the games begin at Pallet Hill Barn!
In a completely different style of wedding and weather too at Pallet Barn I witnessed a one in million day. Not often do you have a kind of highland games on show, tossing the caber and racing with haystacks! Grabbing a shot of the bride and groom tearing across the field winning the wheelbarrow race had to be the shot of the year.
I ended 2019 with a Christmas themed wedding at the beautiful St Helen’s Church in Churchtown, near Garstang. We then headed off to one of my favourite venues, Ashton Hall at Lancaster Golf Club. The winter weather swirled around us but we still managed to grab some shots in the night air before I said farewell.
The coolest 2019 moments
- Romantic B+G portraits Abbey House
- Wheel barrow racing at Pallet Hill Barn
- Tossing the Caber and Haystack racing at the Barn again!
- The best outdoor wedding, yes!
- Lots of hot summer sun
- Some crazy wet and windy weather too
- Lytham Jetty, I just love it there
- Dreamy backlit flash photos
- The cutest pets at weddings ever
- Speeches to make you laugh and cry
- Chocolate, lots of it!
- Meeting previous couples is cool!
