What made this shot really stand out was how the clouds and the tide takes the eye up to the horizon and then back across to the right. The clarity of the light made for great detail.

The clouds on this day were just stunning and sometimes a vertical shot like this does more justice to the whole scene, the sand colour was boosted with a little warming.
